All of the appointments that leave our business come with a detailed fact find, which gives the broker the best possible chance of understanding the client’s situation.
Once the fact find is complete, the client is then booked for a specific date/time for an advisor to visit them in their home.
All of our fact finds are supplied with the clients contact details, however, any contact with the client before the appointment date/time will invalidate the rejections policy.
Assuming the broker does not make contact with the client prior to the appointment date/time, they will be absorbed from the risk of no contact, i.e. if the client does not show for the face-to-face appointment then a replacement appointment will be booked for the advisor at no additional cost.
