Leads or Appointments?

All of the leads/appointments that leave our business come with a 3 page fact find which gives the broker the best possible chance of understanding the client’s situation.

We give the client the option of being contacted via telephone (which become the leads) or to book a time/day for an advisor to come and visit them in their home (our face-to-face appointments).

As the broker you then have the choice of how you prefer to do business; do you prefer distance selling, in which case the leads are for you or do you prefer to do your sales via a face-to-face appointment?

As per our refund policy, the broker is absorbed from the risk of no contact; if a lead is non-contactable then return it to the office for a replacement and if the client doesn’t show for a face-to-face appointment then again inform the office and a replacement will be booked.
