All of our clients have initiated the contact and all of them have undergone our double-qualified telephone fact find (first qualified by our trained telesales staff and then re-confirmed by a supervisor). The purpose of the telephone fact find is to ensure the client meets the following criteria:
• Minimum remaining term on mortgage is 5 years
• Minimum advance is £25,000
• Prime clients capped at 85% LTV (no missed mortgage payments and no CCJs)
• Sub-Prime clients capped at 75% LTV (missed mortgage payments, CCJs and/or
defaults)
• Applicants must have income, i.e. no clients receiving solely benefits
• If a redemption penalty exists then the client must be aware of it and must be
willing to pay the redemption
Note - All appointments are set with the utmost good faith and the clients have confirmed that all information provided is an accurate reflection of their current financial situation. Appointments will be deemed to meet the above criteria based on the clients information given at the point of fact find. All our fact finds are voice recorded to ensure accuracy of the fact find process
