Refund Policy
We are aware that these are difficult times and we want to take the risk out of buying leads/appointments therefore we offer a very straightforward, transparent refund policy.
For appointments, if the client doesn’t show for the appointment then it will either be re-appointed for you or replaced for FREE
For leads, if you are unable to contact the client within 72 hours of receiving the lead then return it to us and provided we also struggle to contact the client (after trying for a further 72 hours) then it will be replaced for FREE.
